Request for Proposal (RFP): Field Rental and Green Space Lease

The Canteraz Soccer Academy is actively seeking proposals from qualified organizations for the rental of existing soccer fields or the long-term lease of undeveloped green space. We are committed to expanding our training capacity and are looking for partners who can support our mission with appropriate facilities.
We are accepting proposals for two distinct categories: Field Rental (Category 1) and Green Space Lease (Category 2). Organizations may submit proposals for one or both categories, provided they meet the minimum criteria for each.
All fields and undeveloped land must be located within 15-20 miles of The Colony, TX
Category 1: Existing Soccer Field Rental
This category is for organizations that currently operate a regulation-size soccer field and are able to accommodate our long-term, fixed training schedule.
Minimum Requirements:
Contract Length: A minimum contract commitment of 3 years is required.
Facility: The field must be properly maintained and suitable for high-intensity soccer training.
Lighting: Onsite field lighting is mandatory for evening sessions.
Required Training Schedule (52 Weeks Per Year):
Monday -> 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Tuesday -> 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Wednesday -> 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Thursday -> 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday -> 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Total Annual Commitment: Approximately 520 hours of field time.
Category 2: Undeveloped Green Space Lease
This category is for organizations offering undeveloped land for a long-term lease, which the Canteraz Soccer Academy will develop into new training facilities.
Minimum Requirements:
Lease Length: A minimum lease commitment of 10 years is required.
Minimum Size: The property must be a minimum of 3 contiguous acres.
Condition: Existing lighting is not required for this proposal, as the Academy will install necessary infrastructure during development.
Location: Proposals must include detailed maps and boundary descriptions.
Proposal Submission Guidelines
All organizations interested in partnering with the Canteraz Soccer Academy are invited to submit a detailed proposal. Your proposal should address the specific requirements of the category(ies) you are applying for and must include:
A letter of intent identifying which category is being proposed.
A detailed breakdown of all proposed rental or lease costs.
Information regarding facility maintenance (Category 1) or land condition (Category 2).
Proof of liability insurance.
